TextPad gives many more
options than NotePad(c) in that the text is somewhat neater and as
you can see it has a toolbar to.
It is designed to handle very large text files and to be somewhat
more versatile than NotePad(c).
TextPad should work with your wheelie mouse if you have one though
it is not necessary.
